PA on the Way was established by Sarah O'Reilly in 2005, to fill the gap she noticed that was unfilled by existing service providers at that time. Businesses needed office support, such as a receptionist, secretarial service or typing service, without requiring a full or part time employee, with services tailored to their own specific requirements.

Sarah had accumulated over ten years of corporate experience working in Australia and the United Kingdom as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Office Manager. She could see how a business providing virtual office solutions could help many, many clients along their way to success. PA on the Way was born!

One of PA on the Way’s achievements that Sarah is most proud of was successfully managing a client’s busy company, ‘beyond expectation’, for four months while that client was overseas – and all with only a week’s lead in. The company’s Director notes that:
