We use the Olympus Digital system, which makes it easy for you to tape your meeting or dictate correspondence and send it via email to us for transcription. We also transcribe from micro cassettes if that is your preferred method of dictation.

We have the facilities to convert your large audio cassettes to wav files which allow us to provide you with usable audio for your website if necessary.

Lana

Lana Adams has over 8 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Administrator and Secretary. She made her start in a small accountancy firm and has since worked in several large companies across different industries. These include a telecommunications company, IT companies, a Professional Association and one of the top four banks in Australia. Lana’s career has progressed into Project Management where she works as a Co-ordinator and she has the skills needed to work on high profile, fast paced projects.

Lana is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and Visio. She has highly developed organisational and time management skills and has the ability to build and maintain excellent rapport and ongoing relationships with clients, staff and peers. Lana adheres to high professional standards and pays close attention to detail. Efficient and reliable, she always goes the extra mile to delight her customers.

Karen

Karen has over 5 years of transcribing experience. Using a digital transcribing machine with headset and foot pedal her experience ranges from insurance to marine industry to medical and accounting fields coupled with multi-franchise experience. Her reports will be submitted in either printed or electronic form. Karen is accurate and efficient and will return your transcription in a timely manner.
