Sarah

Sarah has over ten years Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant and Administration experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. Companies she has worked for include a bond broking company, an international bank, a brewery, an accounting firm, an IT company and one of the top four banks in Australia. She has a Diploma of Business Studies from Passmore's Business College.

Sarah prides herself on her customer service, and has supported numerous clients across many areas of their business since PA on the Way was established. Should any project be beyond her team’s expertise, she will assist that business to find the right support. Sarah is always happy to help clients get to the next stage in their business, even if that may involve losing them as a client, because growing businesses is her passion.

Kristie

Kristie Stark has over ten years Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Administration experience, working across both the private and public sectors. These include Government Departments, Finance, Printing and Air Conditioning industries. Having worked as a Senior Executive Assistant, Kristie prides herself on her ability to liaise with all levels of management, understanding the primary importance of confidentiality.

In addition to her Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant experience, Kristie has experience with Travel Management and Event Co-ordination and is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Lotus Notes.

Wendy Virtual Personal Assistant

Michelle

Michelle has almost 10 years Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administration and Human Resources Generalist experience working for global public companies and government departments. These include hospitality companies, information technology software companies, recreational sporting companies, and taxation and military departments.

Michelle has a very strong combination of direct administrative, secretarial and clerical support, project and documentation management skills. She is adept at identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions. These skills, teamed with the customer service skills achieved during her extensive experience in the hospitality industry, ensure Michelle becomes the “go to” person for her valued customers.

As a Virtual Assistant at several executive levels, Michelle has excelled at many tasks including writing and publishing e-newsletters; writing and implementing global training programs; creation, monitoring and presentation of customer surveys and employee awards; bookkeeping and financial reporting; scheduling; preparing and chairing virtual meetings; employee rostering; and organising and maintaining filing systems and databases.
